Dear Resident's,

As reminder please refrain from putting any non-disposable items such as wipes in your toilets.  The building has an aged piping system and there has been some issues with backup/blockage.  It's extremely important that every resident pays close attention to this.   

 Dear Homeowner's,

Effective September 1, 2024 HOA monthly dues will be increased to $575 due to inflation , rising costs of repairs , utilities and insurances.
